My in depth marketing plan includes interior and exterior photos, twilight shots, aerials and video incorporating drone technology. I also create floor plans and virtual tours to maximize accuracy, and to create a virtual viewing experience to properly educate and target real buyers with real interest in the safest manner. Depending on the property, staging is an area that I also invest in to ensure I am elevating an environment’s full potential to prospective buyers which directly translates to bigger sale prices and gains for my Sellers.
